“I called him on a Friday night and explained that I had (six) plugs not working in my home. He told me he could be at my house on Saturday morning. Sure enough, he was there at 7:45 am. He did extensive searching up in my attic and down in my cellar checking all wiring and plugs. Within two and a half hours he resolved my problem. “After I submitted the form for somebody to contact me, I was amazed at their response time. Almost in minutes I received a call from him. We set up a time to do an estimate, and sure enough he was on time. He first thought the project would take one day (add outlets in two rooms, wire it to the circuit box and upgrade existing outlets). He and his son showed up on time to do the work on the day scheduled. Any problem that you could run into on a house, he did. But for every obstacle he ran into, he had a quick and easy solution. He showed me exactly where the problem was and explained to me, in detail, how he was going to fix it. The project did take three days, but with the amount of obstacles he had to overcome, it was well worth it. He and his son were very personable, and I had a great time talking with them. He was a man of his word, and kept with his original estimate even though his original plan for wiring changed and took longer. I did have to leave the house a few times while he was working and I never once had to worry about them in the house alone.” - Christopher G.
